Just to let you know that Betty and Sophie are finally settling into their new home. As you can see from the attached photo they are enjoying their garden and have become loving members of our family.
Sophie was extremely anxious at first but is now gaining in confidence. Betty has had a rough time. A number of those flea bites were infected. She has had a series of antibiotic injections and has been on steroid pills. The vet saw her again this morning and says that we are finally getting on top of it. Her fur has grown back where the many infections were and I am now weaning her off the steroid pills. They are both such pretty cats and it’s a joy to see Betty finally looking fit and furry.
