Lovable Lola is a huge puppy who loves bounding around but doesn’t quite realise how big she is (approx 45kg!). She came to us from the pound through a welfare case so we have no history on her and because of this we will home her with children over the age of 12 years old. Lola seems to like dogs but there are a select few she has taken a strong dislike to here at the shelter. We are unsure what she’s like with cats/small animals. She is strong girl on the lead when she wants to go somewhere or sniff something but without distraction she can walk nicely by your side. She will need someone willing to put the time in to train her but she will be worth the effort, she has a lovely nature. Lola sits and gives you her paw and she takes treats nicely (with a bit of bonus slobber as well). She loves to play and enjoys a game of fetch. Lola can be a bit nervous of new people and new things so she will need someone with plenty of time to help her build her confidence. She is a giant, adorable pup (who rarely jumps up) who has spent the last 5 months in the shelter with no luck. She will make a lovely pet and companion for the right home, she just needs to be given a chance.
