Hey It was lovely to chat to you earlier! Thought you might like to see the photo and video of our gorgeous Slinky having a run around this afternoon! We are booked in for next week already! Take care Lucy xx
Hey, Ruby is mostly being a good girl! She seems to have settled well and be happy! We were out for a full day yesterday so she went off to play with our neighbours for the day.
Hi! An update from Tilly and I .. she has settled in really well, she's very affectionate and enjoys long days sleeping on the sofa ! I've started introducing her to outside, which she seems to tentatively enjoy. (But I think it makes me more nervous than it does her 😅) Emily & Tilly xxx
Hi Just to let you know that Slinky is settling in beautifully and is already a part of the family. We are so happy to have him here! Here are a couple of photos of f his first day with us We got quite wet on our first walk so he now has a coat to keep him dry! we will keep in touch! Best wishes Lucy
Hi,Happy Khalli.....she loves her new home. She relaxed with me in the first day and we have become very close. She has lovely manners, talks a lot and withdraws her claws for a tummy stroke, playfully scampers round the garden if I am with her. I do want her to be more comfortable in the surrounding fields and gardens but a bossy next down cat is making Khalli nervous at times. However, Khalli does have a fierce growl which alerts me to go and assist!Hope all is well at Fairwinds.
Hi, We adopted Billie and Tom from you on the 22nd September. I just wanted to let you know that they have settled into our family so well and they are so loved. They are very cheeky cats but super friendly and love a snuggle and fuss and don’t mind being around the kids! They are definitely spoilt cats!! Thanks, Christine
Dear Leicester Animal Rescue, I wanted to give an update on Lizzycat the kitten we adopted from you recently, who was known as Lily's Kitten at the time and has swimmers syndrome. We named her after the Queen as it was just after her passing - makes sense as she is quite the Diva, maybe she knows she is named after royalty! Her favourite toy is a plush unicorn she has pinched from me - I won it at the fair. Its so hard to catch her she is so fast but I have attached a clip of her walking. She is doing ever so well - we're still taping her legs and doing the excersises as she is still a bit wobbly but she's making great progress! We love her very much and our other pussycats Jazzycat and Rosiecat (another
Hi everyoneThanks so much for everything you have done for us to help us adopt this very special boy ❤️ It’s definitely fate, it’s like he’s always been with us… will be forever grateful to you all.Kind regardsJulie and family xx
Just wanted to give you an update on Hugo, who was Marcus. He has been at his forever home now for 3 weeks and has settled in really well. He is the most loving & affectionate boy who just loves sitting on my knee and having plenty of fuss. I already had a 6 year old female cat so wanted a cat who would fit in with her and our family life. Hugo has certainly filled that role. With thanks Wendy
