Hi there, I just thought I would email an update as Denzel approaches his first birthday! Denzel was born at the shelter in May to mum Oreo and I immediately fell in love with him.  He came to join us in August 2020.  We already had a cat Rodney, who accepted his playful little brother at first with slight suspicion but eventually with affection :) Denzel is a much loved member of our family and has grown into a big strong healthy boy.  He has a very relaxed personality and doesn't let anything bother him.  He loves to laze around.  He has since acquired another little brother Trigger (also from Fairwinds) and all three cats love playing and chasing each other. Hi there, I just thought I would email you an update on Trigger as he has now grown so much! Trigger was born at the shelter in August to mum Mitzi - as we already had a black cat Rodney, and a black and white cat Denzel, I knew little white Trigger would have to join our family to complete the trio :) Trigger is very much loved, despite being the youngest of our cats he is the cheekiest, naughtiest and greediest but he is always immediately forgiven because he's so adorable.  He is also the muckiest :)  he likes to pretend to anyone that will listen that we don't feed him (we definitely do!!) and will never pass up an opportunity for a snack or treat. Bon-Bon ready for his first walk outside. Loved his first walk amongst the dandelions and daisies.  Wasn't so keen on the torrential rain that suddenly arrived but now happily snoozing on his little hot water bottle. Sends his brotherly love to Loki and Goliath. Worming syringes are funny, how do you get those down the throat of a wriggling squid like puppy? I wore most of it.  Hide it in food, if it ain't broke don't fix it

We haven't had him long but he settled in nicely, making progress with his reactivity towards vehicles and even had a walk where he didn't react to them. Still reactive towards other dogs but even that is improving and starting to be less reactive towards them. He really is taking everything we are doing on board. He's listening and paying more attention to us. He loves learning new things, playing and lots of fuss. We're super excited to see how things will be in a few months time as we have only had him just over a week! Thank you to the whole team at Leicester Animal Rescue for giving so many dogs a good home.

Thank you for speaking to me today, Bella has been doing very well since her adoption, she loves the attention and gets an endless amount of it. We feel so privileged to have been chosen for her and couldn't have imagined our lives without her. Thank you for trusting in us, we love her so so much. The story so far.... Hi I’m Goliath ? I have had a busy week for a tiny dog but I’m living my best life. Since arriving at my new home I have done so many exciting things! I have met my fur family - something huge called a horse and a cat who glares at me and then ignores me....? and my fur cousin Alfie who is a Labrador. My mum takes me out and about - says I’m too little to walk yet - it doesn’t matter because everyone just wants to cuddle me which is my favourite thing. I have met lots of people, got lots of toys - that are all mine and i don’t have to share with my pesky brothers - have chews, a snuggly bed and treats. I am going for a fitting for

Afternoon All Attached a few photos of the lovely Forrest Gump. He has truly given us back the love we lost before Xmas when our old girl passed. He is cheeky , funny , daft and makes us smile constantly.  There is no crate , no stair gate now and he has access to all the house and takes great pleasure in taking up the bed space.
