It was a year ago on the 4th August since we brought Jessie home sothought you would like to know how she is getting on.  Jessie is a verymuch loved member of our family and adored by all from our children togreat grandchildren and in return is completely devoted to us and neverhappier than when she is with us from riding in the car, to walks, towhen we eat out (the remark was made to me when on holiday last week asto how well-behaved she was lying quietly under the table). Having saidthat, Jessie has certainly blossomed from the quite shy little girl webrought home to a dog who is fiercely protective of her home and hergarden, heaven help any birds or squirrels who just happen to pop in andwe certainly know about it when the door bell rings!  We have justreturned from holiday with her where she loved being on the beach and inparticular having a paddle in the sea, jumping and spinning round in thewater.  Jessie is such an affectionate dog, enjoys playing with me andlikes nothing better than a cuddle and tummy rub on the sofa (althoughher food comes a very close second!) and we are looking forward to manymore happy years with her. With best wishes fromEddie and Joy plus a lick from Jessie.
