Minnie & Misty

2023-04-30T21:28:38+01:00

Good morning. I thought that it was time that I gave you an update on the lovely cats we adopted from you two years ago! Minnie and Misty have certainly become more confident and are happy, healthy and enjoying playing, sleeping and looking at birds and squirrels out of the windows. They sometimes venture out on to the patio but they much prefer the comfort of being indoors. Thank you again for introducing them to us. Julie and Paul

Peanut & Ada Lovelace (Lexi’s kittens)

2023-04-30T21:24:22+01:00

Hi there! Thank you for allowing us to give these lovely kittens a home. We’ve named them Peanut (dark face) and Ada Lovelace (orange star). They settled very quickly into their new home and have grown so much since October! Peanut has become a brave adventurer while Ada remains the cautious voice of reason.  They love chasing each other, playing with ribbon teasers, and climbing everything! We love them so much and look forward to watching them grow up.Thank you,Janet

Buttons (Lexi’s kitten)

2023-04-30T21:19:31+01:00

Good morning, I am just emailing to update you on our kitten we had from you last October. He was a lexi kitten and we have named him buttons. He has settled in really well; he particularly loved the Christmas period with all the balls balls from our Christmas tree. He is a lovely companion and very loving and friendly. We were wondering how all buttons' brothers and sisters (lexi kittens) ? If you could update us that would be great . Kind regards Carla

Baloo

2023-04-30T21:06:54+01:00

Hi, just thought you would like an update on how Baloo is getting on. He has settled in really well, he’s decided he prefers to sleep on the floor in our closest rather than on the bed we bought him 😂. But he must be happy there because he sleeps like a baby all night. He’s been to the groomers twice, so he’s now our slightly tidier big fur ball.  He had his first experience of Bradgate Park (with us at least) which he loved. We have just booked our first family holiday so we can go on some big country adventures. He’s definitely meant to be a part of our family and we cannot wait for all the future adventures we will have. Enjoy these pictures of him 😍

Hi Jax here, thought give you update on my progress. Definitely settled here and very happy, I am not so much better on my walks and don’t react to other dogs much now, I have had loads of training to get me there but worked hard and love my long walks, got loads of toys and plenty of my favourite thing which is balls to chase in the garden looking forward to Christmas as I know I will get more presents. I have attached some photos of me for you to see how happy I am, am hoping to come and see you soon. Merry Christmas Jax

2023-04-06T12:15:24+01:00

Hi friends at Leicester animal rescue quick update on rat boy and Rosie. After a rocky few weeks we are all now best of friends, rat boy was very upset with mum when he had all his teeth taken out but now the swelling has gone down a bit he's back to the morning cuddles. I think it's safe to say he loves his new home and has all the treats and toys a boy can ask for Much love Rosie, Ratboy & mum

Murkah (Formerly Jackie)

2023-04-06T12:10:24+01:00

Hello everyone Just to let you know that Jackie the cat who is now known as Murkah, has settled in. At first she was very shy and hid under a cupboard and refused to come out for a couple of hours even for some Dreamies. When she finally decided to show herself she became more confident wanting her ears scratched and is bouncing around, exploring the house, getting up to no good (typical Tortie) and following me everywhere I go like a dog that I have to be careful I don’t trip over her. She has found her favourite spots which are a warm radiator by the large front window so she can watch the world go by or have a flop or be curled up in the little chair by the window so she can occasionally lift her head
