Ralphy flying in the secure dog enclosure at Buttercups!
1st progress report: He seems to be settling in well. I'm taking him on several fairly short walks each day in view of his 'delicate condition'. He's already gathering quite a local fan club - we are thinking about starting a 'Fanzine'! He has started using our 'indoor kennel' - his choice - the door isn't closed so he can come and go as he pleases - the attached photo was taken lunchtime today. My friend, Sheila, is busy making him a bespoke bed for the cage. That's all for now folks; more news in a few days. Trevor
Hi there , I hope all your staff are well! We have had Phoenix for 2years and 3 months now, she is the absolute best dog and we just want to thank you all again ! She is getting very stocky and she loves going out for long walks, she is absolutely amazing around any other animals and she is so intelligent. She responds extremely well to being recalled , she is alert of her surrounding and she has learnt so many commands. She is just all round a brilliant dog and she has brought so much happiness to us and so many years more to come . We would love to bring her to see all of your amazing staff so you can see her amazing progression ! Thank you so much again❤️❤️❤️
Dora as settled in really well ...she loves her walks she's part of our family ... we all love her ... she is such a pleasure... thankyou so much ...x
Good afternoon, I thought I would share some photos with you of Lola now so you can see how much she has grown since I picked her up from you in November. She is doing so well and has just started to go outside now with my other cat Pablo. They're the best of friends! She is such a happy girl and has the best personality - she is very cheeky!! So pleased she has settled in so well with us. Kind regards, Issy
Hi Leicester Animal Rescue, Unfortunately, Sid (Bruno) has had a stay at the vets recently but I'm pleased to say has made a full recovery. Our insurer, Sainsbury's Bank, sent me a message today to say that they are going to be contacting yourselves concerning his medical history. It was then that I realised we haven't sent you an update with how he's getting on, apologies for this. Sid has settled in really well and we can't remember a time when we didn't have him. He loves our weekend woodland walks and enjoys meeting other dogs along the way. He's been a couple of camping trips with us now and has visited a beach (not sure if it was first time but he absolutely loved it). He still struggles a bit when left but he's much better travelling the car
A couple of photos of the lovely Flump (now called Fluffy) he has settled in very well upstairs for the time being so he can adjust. He is eating well and enjoys sleeping on a particular blanket. He loves fuss and will meet the other residents next week. 😻Xx
Good afternoon Just a quick message to say thank you for allowing me to take Dora . I had a little experience with her already after giving her a treat of a few dog treats and walking her to the bottom of the road . After 10 mins of being back in home I noticed she was at the front door but I presumed it was because she wanted to go back out . How wrong I was . I then heard her go upstairs to catch her pooing in my room ... lesson learnt fast 😂 She is a lovely dog and we are so happy to have her , she seems settled . Thanks again
Good morning. I thought that it was time that I gave you an update on the lovely cats we adopted from you two years ago! Minnie and Misty have certainly become more confident and are happy, healthy and enjoying playing, sleeping and looking at birds and squirrels out of the windows. They sometimes venture out on to the patio but they much prefer the comfort of being indoors. Thank you again for introducing them to us. Julie and Paul
