So sorry I missed your call earlier – I tried to call back but thought I could also update you over email so we could send you some pictures.

We can’t believe it’s been a week with Ruffles (now known as Ralph) – we can’t imagine life without him now!

He has settled in so well to our house and we believe he already knows this is his forever home. He’s already claimed his space on our bed and sofa and he loves to cuddle up to us whenever we sit down, which makes our hearts burst!

He’s been spoilt with so much love (and lots of new toys!) and we enjoy taking him on his two daily walks.

Thanks again for all your help during the process, it’s one of the best decisions we could have made.
