Hi We just got thought we would share some photos of Freya with you. As you can see she has settled in well. She now walks well on the lead and is less reactive when a car passes by. She sits automatically when we are at a curb and her recall is getting there slowly. She enjoys going out with our dog walker and playing with other dogs and loves a football to play with. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She has met 3 of our grandchildren and has been good with them. Just to let you know she is presently in season. Will send you some more photos in another email Regards Tim and Chris
Dear Leicester Animal Rescue Team, i hope you are all doing well, sorry for the late update on Leo. He’s doing well finding his way through the house jumping sofa to sofa and enjoying the sunshine. He loves playing chase in the garden and chasing pigeons. He’s doing so well and we really love having him. Here’s some pictures of the cutie and a video of him playing 😊. Kind regards The Gupta Family
Hi all I just wanted to let you know Stalham in Norfolk is gggrrrreat. I've paddled in the sea at Sea Palling, Horsey and visited Wroxham where a few chips came my way! Maria and David said I'm such a good girl, when I see another dog coming now I switch sides all on my own most of time to let them pass. ❤️ I think Maria is worried about Friday, but we all know I'm a tough olde gal! Maria said she'll let you know how I get on once she has the histology. Thank you for helping me stay well. Hope all of you are well, and still being amazing at finding homes for my fellow furry friends. Love Scampi 🐾 , Maria and David. Xx
Hi all, It’s been 7 months since we adopted this beautiful pair of cats and thought I would send you another update. So yes they are Stevie and Rummy or Rum Rum or even Rumford sometimes (Rummy is the smallest feisty one). They had a few minor health issues at first which our vet sorted out and they are now so shiny, sleek, glossy and thriving so well! We were nervous about letting them out, we have a very big garden that is impossible to fence for a cat. We let them out once with supervision but they were appearing to bolt… At our age we’ve spent too much time sleeping downstairs with the door open to let wandering cats find their way back home. So much worry! Anyway, we have built a catio and will be extending it further
Hi, Here's a bit of an update on Oreo. He is settling very well and still doing his party trick. He has been very patient whilst on lockdown but today was 'freedom' day. He spent hours exploring the garden, shed, garage and surroundings areas before heading home for a well earned treat. Kind regards Catherine Brett
Hi Just thought I’d send you a few photos of Stormy . We picked him up last bank holiday Monday. At first, as expected, very shy and timid and hid away but now it’s like he’s lived here forever! Thank you! Tina
Cloud has only been with us a short while, but she has settled in beautifully. She absolutely loves fuss, and we often find her finding spots in the sun to lay in. Thank you, Sophie x
Good afternoon, I wanted to give you an update on the cats we adopted last year, Suzy (previously Tiny) and Daisy. They have been very happy and affectionate cats spending a lot of time outside and in the fields adjoining the estate we live on. They got on really well and followed each other a lot. Both were avid hunters bringing all sorts of things in. Suzy has a habit of bringing rabbits in and eating them, which is not particularly pleasant! (: Daisy was more of a provider, we think due to the fact that she had had a litter of kittens, and she would bring various prey and drop them at our feet, or beside Suzy. Unfortunately Daisy became unwell last week and has been seen at the vet and then at the animal hospital where it has
Hi all We hope you're all well. I've logged on to let you know I'm doing gggrrrreat. Been on my holibob to Whitby, visited lots of places and met lots of people and dogs. Ice cream ends from Maria and David. Loved the walks and my cooling jacket really worked, lots of hot panty dogs but not me. Maria asked me to apologise as she'd forgotten to email early May, that I'd had more epiphen. Photos and video of me enjoying life. Scampi 🐾, Maria and David xx
